Terms and Conditions for Bryn Eisteddfod
Thank you for choosing to book with Bryn Eisteddfod. We look forward to welcoming you here. When you book to stay at Bryn Eisteddfod you are entering into a agreement with us. Please read our Terms and Conditions of booking below which sets out that agreement.
Prices
The price you have paid includes accommodation plus any board indicated. Unless clearly stated on the booking form all extras such as additional meals, telephone, drinks etc are additional. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, cheque with bankers card, debit cards, credit cards.
Pets
We’re sorry but pets are not allowed to stay. We do accept guide dogs.
Cancellation and Insurance
Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable. If you need to cancel please contact us immediately. For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.
Refund of deposits
Reservations cannot be guaranteed without pre-payment or receipt of an agreed deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations will be charged as follows:
within 14 days of arrival: we will charge 50% of reservation value (or paid deposit, or first night cost, whichever is the higher)
within 48 hours of arrival: we will charge 100% of the total reservation value
should you not arrive: we will charge 100% of the total reservation value.
Group Cancalleations
Group deposits are non-refundable therefore irrespective of their value, 100% of the deposit will be charged.
(The excess of the cancellation charge payable as above, over any deposit paid, is payable on cancellation.)
If you have a travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges. Should your reason for cancellation fall within your insurer’s allowed criteria we can help you with any paperwork.
Non-availability, cancellation by ourselves.
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. Any monies you have paid will be returned to you.
Arrival/Check-in
Your accommodation will be available to you from 3pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged.
Departure/Check-out
Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10:30am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. We reserve the right to charge a late check-out fee of £10 per hour.
Damages and Breakages
Please take care and respect our property. It is after all our home. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charge of £50 if you did not report any such damage.
Liability
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment
Data
Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held as a computer record but will not be shared with any third-party.
